Behaviour at Work Case Study

This case study examines a conflict between Anita, a strict supervisor focused only on production, and her subordinates. Anita practices an autocratic leadership style that does not consider employee needs or input. The subordinates feel unheard and talk badly about their boss and coworkers. To resolve the issues, the manager should hold meetings to understand employee frustrations, promote internal communication, and improve leadership and bonding between employees. Addressing the root causes like poor communication and leadership will help satisfy employee needs and motivate better performance.
