Trouble shooting
• melt fracture :increase temperature on die head
• precrosslinking :decease temperature at compression
and metering zone
:shorten residence time by reducing
number of screes or mesh numbers
• undercrosslinking :increase temperature at compressio

• die drool :flame directed at die cavity
use presuure die(or reduce die land)
• scorch marks :reduce at die neck
• voids :increase flame temperature
watertrough closer to die
