ROs shall:
1. Create a Regional Monitoring and Evaluation
Team
2. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of
D.O. 57 – 04
3. Submit not later than the 10th day after the
reference qtr. the Regional Analysis of the
Implementation of D.O. 57 - 04
1. Determine authenticity of documents submitted
2. Determine compliance with Labor Standards and
recommend spot-checking, if necessary
3. Recommend correction of restitutions in cases of
violations
4. Monitor establishments covered by TAV based on their
commitments to comply with Labor Standards
5. Evaluate LGUs capability and performance to conduct
technical safety inspection and recommend appropriate
action
Any violation of Labor Standards during
the conduct of Inspection, Self-
Assessment or any case arising there
from = Manual on the Disposition and
Settlement of Labor Standards Cases.
All Rules, Orders, Memoranda and other
Issuances inconsistent with the provisions of
this Order are hereby repealed or modified
accordingly
