AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE CONTROL AND ELIMINATION OF HUMAN AND ANIMAL RABIES, PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR
VIOLATION THEREOF AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
