Executive Summary

Our System is most commonly used for monitoring the violation of students. It is
important to keep records for academic and good moral for a our school even for the
longest time. It is the record the recognizes each student, this may be used for analyzing
student attitude and values. Manual monitoring is very prone to error in any processing
data systems. It is time consuming in terms of monitoring the violations of the students.
If some records are lost due to calamity, they can never retrieve it. The current Student
Violation of Our School is the collection and evidence on student’s behaviour or attitude
such as conduct, performance, and misdemeanour. Our School uses monitoring sheet to
monitor, manage, count and evaluate the student’s offenses and sanction of which the
guard confiscated it in manual way. Because of this kind of process, the CSDL spends
more time and effort on tallying the student’s offenses such as Smoking and
misconducts of Wearing Rights inside the School. The authorized personnel must record
manually for back up purposes and place the data in Excel. In that process, it may have
some possibilities that the files and records will be lost due to system functionality.
Technical Background

In the Flow of Our System, The Guard


was saw the Student Smoking Inside the
school, Guard was Able to Confiscate his
id and Scan their QR Code for Adding a
Violation to their Information. After that,
The information was Send to Admin’s
Desktop Which means, His/Her Data will
be saved in Database.
And When the Student was requesting to
claim their ID’s, Admin will Facilitate their
information and Assist them in Proper
way.
Statement Of the Problem

• What difficulties have the people encounter in the existing


Manual System?
• How to develop the computerized that will improved the security
of each students records?
• How does the record of the student is secure and keep the
transaction of the student?
• How will know the admin if the students is have a violation?
• How this innovation system is easily to use?
Objective Of the Study

• The difficulties encountered by the people in Manual existing system is risk of


mismanagement and of data when the project is under development. No proper
coordination between dissimilar Applications and Users.
• It’s develop in a way of simplicity because it is user friendly and can be enhance easily
to learn in every process.
• It has only one log in module for admin, so that only the admin can view the records
of the students who violated and keep the transactions of the system to keep the
student secure in terms of Behavior in the campus.
• The guard is scan the I.d of student and it send directly to admin to know the violation
of the student.
• Also this system is so easily to use because this system is user friendly and also it is
easy to process the data to keep in the database.
Scope and Limitation
Scope
• The system is developing to ensure the quality and reliability
because quality and reliability are used in relation to the correct functioning and
overall system behaviour. Reliability is the likelihood that a system will perform as
agreed and will do so during its operational life. Design for system quality and
reliability focuses on deployment of architectural principles, rules and patterns that
focus on prevention of design flaws and ensure system operation. These
multidisciplinary approaches must address the entire innovation lifecycle,
requirements, specification, design, system integration and test, as well as the system’s
operational deployment.
• It provides a way of simplicity because it is user friendly and can be enhance easily to
learn every process.
• It has a log in module for admin, so that only admin can view the records of the
students who confiscate the I.d privately for the security of the students.
Scope And Limitations

LIMITATIONS
• Security and data concerns - access management and the privacy
of sensitive information is a major consideration around cloud and
hosted services.
• The Software Doesn’t play well.
• Performance- May run at somewhat slower speeds than on-
premise client or server applications, so it's worth keeping
performance in mind your software isn't hosted on a local machine.
• If database fails, will lose access to the system/software.
Hardware & Software Specification

Java - is a high-level programming language developed by Sun


Microsystems. It was originally designed for developing programs
for set-top boxes and handheld devices, but later became a popular
choice for creating web applications.
MySQL - is an open source relational database management
system. It’s name is combination of “My”, the name of the co-
founder Michael Wideneu’s daughter, and SQL, the abbreviates for
Structured Query Language.
This system able use a QR Scanner or A amera for Capturing the
Information of the Student.
