Conclusion
The researcher has been able to arrive with these conclusion based on the
following:

• The researchers found that many tourists coming in Cavite are interested in
availing farm products and services, as well as participating in different
tourism activities. Post-Harvesting activities, where visitors get to try out a
farm’s finish product is the tourists’ most preferred activity, in terms of
agricultural recreational tourism, tourist favors outdoor activities in farms like
picnic and horseback riding.

• Based on the interview concluded by the researchers to farm owners,

climate, is the one of the very important factors that can affect the
agritourism industry. The right climate helps the plants to grow abundantly.
But because of climate change and unpredictable weather, it is difficult for
the farmers to conduct farm activities.
Conclusion

• Agritourism activities such as harvesting fruits and vegetables,

collecting honey, food processing sale and market of products,
farm-to-table cuisine, sightseeing and photography got the rate
of “Acceptable” based on the respondents’ feedback.

• The easiest possible way of promoting agritourism industry is

with the help of social media. Another way of promoting
agritourism is through educational tours, conducting seminars
and workshops in farm locations.
Recommendation

Based on the following findings by the researcher, they come up

with the following recommendation.

• Even though the landscape of the farms is less of a priority to

the owners, it is still important for the destination to look
more presentable for both the repeat visitors and the new-
coming visitors. Since sightseeing is identified as the activity
that motivates the most tourist to visit and to engage in a
destination, the farm owners should invest more on
landscaping their farms.
Recommendation

• Festivals is a good example of events, yet it is advisable to

incorporate new ideas to attract more visitors like creating a
memorable slogan. Here are the following examples:

• For Amadeo, “Open Minded ka ba? Kape Tayo sa Amadeo!”

• For Silang, “Organic Products na hindi ka malilinlang, Silang!”
• For Alfonso, “Puro ka na lang si Coco, try mo kaya ang cocoa
sa Alfonso”
• For Mendez, “Lalayo ka pa ba? Strawberry, Mendez na!”
