INTRODUCTION
 Internship is a good opportunity for students to learn, to gain
experience and also to make preparation.

 It helps me to control and develop my attitude and behaviour


in dealing with different kinds of people and situation.

 I have decided to take the internship course by choosing


Tiram Travel Sdn Bhd as my internship workplace in four
months.

 My internship workplace was based at Seri Pristana Saujana


Utama, Sungai Buloh.

 Tiram Travel is a company of agent to go the Umrah & Haji.

 Established and incorporated in 1982 and


as a subsidiary of johor corporation.

 Founded by BAHAKHI BIN MOHAMMAD

 They have many branch example Kedah,Terengganu ,


Kelantan and ntc.

 Only 5 persons work in the company including CEO.

 Increase price flight ticket has impacted the Umrah package


price.

 Political chaos is causing market uncertainty.

TASK ASSIGNED
 Doing basic office work.

 Creating accounting documents like Invoices, Delivery


Order, Purchase Order and Quotation.

 Compiling those documents to their own specific files.

 Meets customer and give some advice to choose.

 Take customer and meet them with their Mutawwif.

 Manages the customer’s time to go Umrah & Haji talks.

 Hire more employees.

 Give more packages and special price for customer.

 Expand more branch to get many customer.

CONCLUSION
 During this internship, it was useful experience for me. I have
gained new knowledge, skills and met many type of
customer behaviour.

 I had a great mentors that took time to develop me and teach


me.

 Company is having good position in the market despite


facing many intense competition from local.

 Finally, I have concluded that internship is a good approach


for internees to know about the organization system, culture,
working style, employees behaviour and customer
behaviour.
