SECOND CONDITIONAL
If + pronoun + past simple , pronoun + would + infinitive verb.
Use: For an unlikely or impossible situation e.g.

“If I were you, I would talk to him.”


“If I was an animal, I would be a bird because they can fly.”
“If I saw my friends, I would be happy.”

What’s the difference between these two sentences?


“If I have the time, I will come.”
“If I had the time, I would come.”

a second conditional sentence.

Decide if you need to use first or second conditional.
