each group plans and make a presentation
( panel discussion, drama, game, TV
program and the like) showing the seller and
buyer should act in the following scenarios

1. You are a customer buying a cellphone and

you want to know what model is best fitted
to your needs.

2.As a sale agent, how will you entertain a

customer with a lot of questions?
