Disabilities Act?
a civil rights law, this law that became an official law in 1990
This law was made to show that people with disabilities are equal and have the
same opportunities as any other individual in this society.

Sip-and-puff is used to control motorized wheelchair it also allows disabled
individuals to control the cursor movements on computers
