Accenture gives it’s outstation candidate an amount of 10,000 Rs which covers all
the 3 expenses.
Radio Mirchi, Siemens, Times OOH and Taj reimburse the entire amount after the
employees submit the required documents and all levels of employees are eligible for
these facilities,clearly leading to a non demarcation of employees.

someone who has completed more than 3 years of service with Siemens and has
a good track record.
At Radio City, apart from assigning a mentor,the joinee is also assigned an HR
to go and refer to ,in case of any queries.The mentor should have completed 3
years of service at Radio City.

Radio City organises activities called the “Fun Activities” ,once every
month.Every 2-3 months they have a treasure hunt game wherein they
have huge prize amounts.Every Fridays are again special activity days.
Times OOH has tie up with Sports Club and they host at least 1 outdoor
activity/sport every month in the club.
