Accenture gives it’s outstation candidate an amount of 10,000 Rs which covers all
the 3 expenses.
Radio Mirchi, Siemens, Times OOH and Taj reimburse the entire amount after the
employees submit the required documents and all levels of employees are eligible for
these facilities,clearly leading to a non demarcation of employees.

In Accenture,Freshers undergo 45 days initial Greenfield training which is


mandatory to attend.
They undergo soft skill, and basic technical training and then 30 days stream
training.
They undergo 9 tests which they have to pass in all. and finally they are put
onboard.

these organizations, the employee’s can put up their request for leave even a day prior and
it would be granted to them.

However in companies like BIG, Taj,Radio Mirchi ,Siemens,one has to give on an average a
week’s notice.

Recreational Activities
 Radio City organises activities called the “Fun Activities” ,once every
month.Every 2-3 months they have a treasure hunt game wherein they
have huge prize amounts.Every Fridays are again special activity days.

 Times OOH has tie up with Sports Club and they host at least 1 outdoor
activity/sport every month in the club.

 Siemens has various clubs within the organization like the


Mountaineering Club, Biking Group etc., which go on trips every two
months.

 Taj gives it’s employees the benefit of enjoying a stay of 1 week with
their family at any of Taj Group of Hotels yearly.Also, break shifts which
breaks 9 hours job into several shifts with refreshing breaks in between.
