Use author-date system of citation
All in-text parenthetical references must

If your manuscript has only one appendix, label it
Appendix; if your manuscript has more than one
appendix, label each with a capital letter (Appendix A,
Appendix B , etc.) in order in which it is mentioned in the
text.
Each appendix must have a title

Appendices A and B for complete proofs).
