There are many strategies used to Reward and Recognize the employees
in Organizations.
The basic purpose of these strategies is to increase the Employees
satisfaction Motivation, employee morale and retain the employees for
long time.
Sometimes reward and Recognition strategies are not used properly and
wrong strategies are used as a result of this, these strategies will fail to
motivate the employees and leads to the problem of poor employee
satisfaction, poor performance and tends to employee quits from the
organization.
For these Reasons this project is sought to analyze the employee reward
and recognition strategies in organization and its importance in the
organization.

From this Study it can be Concluded that Employee Motivation is most
important parameter in a Organization Develop and Success.
For this Reason Reward & Recognition is Very Important in Employee
Motivation.
This Study proves that Rewards helps to Retain the employees for long
a time.
From this study concludes that Current employees are quite Satisfied
with the Reward and Recognition.
