I have been using this app as part of our homeschool curriculum. I find it a perfect addition for my
son, who has Down Syndrome. He loves it! It explains the concepts of math quite well!
Cons:
Easy to use
Classroom Potential
With the Story Patch app, elementary students
may enrich their creativity. Using the different
user interfaces, children of any age may use
their skills, creativity, and enthusiasm, children
can have help to build the stories the come up
with or can build their stories on their own. This
app gives children the opportunity to learn how
a sentence is structured, grammatically and
spelling correctly, they are able to learn to read
proficiently, becoming more proud of
themselves and become interested in what is
being taught to them. They can also bring what
they have learned from the app, to the
classroom, allowing the teacher and other
students to enjoy, learn, and spread their
creativity to others. When finished with their
stories, they can share them through email or
different communication outlets, go in at a later
date and edit their previous works as well.
