DELEGATION

Mastering the art of DELEGATION is essential for any Team Leader or Manager

the handing of a task from a superior to a subordinate.


It is the assignment of authority and responsibility to another person to carry out specific activities. The person who delegated the work remains accountable for the outcome Delegation, if properly done, is not abdication.

Does too much in order to cover for a lazy team
