Grading Criteria
Grade A An excellent paper that demonstrates a comprehensive, highly structured & focused response to the task. An extensive and detailed knowledge & understanding of mbti. Clear evidence of objective in-depth self-reflection on implications of personal learning. Inclusion of appropriate and relevant examples to support discussion. Action points that are capable of implementation. A highly developed capacity for original, creative and logical thinking. Excellent presentation (spelling, grammar, use of language). A logical flow of ideas. Grade B A very good paper presenting a well-organised response to the task. A broad knowledge of the MBTI A good engagement with self-reflection on implications of personal learning. Inclusion of some very good examples to support discussion Action points that are realistic. Clear and fluent expression with a good structure
Grading Criteria
Grade C A good paper representing an adequate and competent response to the task. Adequate but not complete knowledge of mbti Omission of some important content or the appearance of several minor errors. Adoption of a light approach to self-reflection/learning Adequate use of basic examples Action points that are identified but not discussed in terms of application. Writing of sufficient quality to convey meaning but some lack of fluency. A satisfactory paper representing an acceptable response to the task. A basic grasp of MBTI Has one or more major errors A lack of evidence of adequate self-reflection/learning Examples that primarily draw on a repetition of material provided. Action points that are vague Displays the minimum acceptable standard of presentation (spelling, grammar, structure)
