CSL CSL is the largest carrier in Hong Kong with 3milli users and GSM 900/1800M, UMTS900M/2100M networks. Its holding is Telstra. The challenge CSL Facing The old complex network is provided by NSN and cant meet the requirement of new service, especially the indoor coverage system.
