Have 2 weakness ready The Weakness should be shown as an area of improvement Tell the Weakness and also how you are addressing it. For e.g.:

I work quite quickly, and sometimes I have a tendency to dive into tasks without taking a few moments to think things through. I have learned to discipline myself to spend a bit more time on planning rather than constantly reacting to new demands on my time.

Why do you want this job.

Give a reason why you think you are fit for the job. Tell how you can fit the organisation. Tailor your qualities to the job requirement.

Should I ask for tea or coffee Incase you are asked for any beverages: Politely decline. But dont say no. Should I keep my hands on the table? Never keep your hands on the table or your file on the table.

Should I ask the person to repeat his question. Many interviewers like the candidate who asks for clarification on the questions. Do ask the person to repeat the question incase you have not heard or have not understood the question

Should I ask questions? Yes you can ask questions only if the interviewer permits you to. Incase you dont have intelligent questions politely decline. Do not ask for salary unless they ask you about your expectation. Dont ask about holidays.
