Please address any email to the tutor by name dont use hi! Which module you are talking about? Help them to help you. Do not use text language in any formal situation. End the email by giving your UB number and full name. If you are asking a tutor to do something to help you, give them a rough deadline by when you would like them to help you. Give any tutor at least a week to help you. Finally, try to see if you can find the answer to any question in another way first (course manuals, blackboard, etc).
