Seven Important Aspects of the Future of a Believer


The Resurrection The Rapture The Reception The Review The Rewards The Revelation The Reign

Basic Details of Believers Future:


1. THE RESURRECTION. first on our agenda. World says, nothing like that. Even Pauls days they questioned. Sadducees questioned Lord, who repliedye greatly err, not knowing the scriptures. (Matt 22:19) We believe the Word of God & Power of God.

1. The Resurrection:
Three Things:
The Signal for Resurrection (What is indication?) The Subjects of Resurrection (Who will be raised?) The State of Resurrection (How will it be?)

The Signal: (1Cor 15; 1Thes 4:16-17)- what will be like? - The Shout of the Lord - The Voice of the Archangel - The Trump of God Shout (Not Scaring/Scattering but Gathering)

1. The Resurrection:
The SUBJECTS: Who will be raised? - The Dead in Christ . - They that Sleep in Jesus
- Is it being put to sleep by Jesus. - Even when Stephen was stoned to death. safe in the arms of Jesus - There is perfect order. - Some are burnt and some are buried.

1. The Resurrection:
The STATE: How will it be raised?
- There will be great changes. Raised but also Renewed.

- Certainly not as left. - Will we know each other? More than now. - It will be day of
Resurrection, Reunion, Rejoicing, Recognition, Transformation and Triumph

2. The Rapture:
A Distinct thing. As No Word Rapture in NT. So Resurrection in OT. But as you get truth of Resurrection in NT. So about the Rapture. 1Thes 4, we shall be CAUGHT UP. Thats word. It means snatched away. We shall not only be resurrected & transformed but also snatched away.

2. The Rapture:
The Fact of Rapture The False teaching of partial rapture.
Only true spiritual ones will be raptured The rest will go through tribulation, they will be refined. (Bible Does NOT teach that) Paul Confirmed, we shall ALL be changed. Dead & Alive Adds, God has not appointed us unto wrath. Further, whether wake or sleep we shall live with Him. Whats Assurance? He died for us. Means, my participation in that great and glorious event doesnt depend upon my spirituality but on the atoning death of the LJC.

2. The Rapture: When will it happen?


Some say, after tribulation, middle of tribulation. But cursory reading of NT shows, before tribulation.
He will keep us from hour of temptation He will deliver us from wrath to come. We are not living in the dread of man of sin We are living looking for man of sorrows coming in glory. Notice Heb 2 says, devil has power of death. But at shout of Christ, dead in Christ shall rise. What a blow! He is described as Prince of Power of Air And in devils own atmospheric territory, saints will be gathered up. He is helpless!

3. The Reception: Where?


In the air (Jn 14) I will come again and receive you unto myself Means- I will take you with Me to My own house. He will take us together entering, together sharing. That will be great reception. Ex. Remember Isaac meeting Rebecca. -He came so far, she came great distance. -He took her to mothers tent. -He will come and take us to Fathers house. What will we say when we meet the Lord in the air?

4. The Review: How?


At Bema- Why go for judgment seat of Christ? - The Reasons - The Realities - The Result Why go for the Judgment Seat? - Nothing to do with Salvation -for it is secured by the work of the Cross - Nothing to do with Sins -not an investigation of sins - Searching Look on Believers Services -Discharging my Christian Responsibilities

Review of My Life:
My ATTITUDE to My Brother
Rom 14 1Cor 3 (Interpersonal Relationships) (In Consecration & faithfulness) (Counsels of my heart)

My ACCOMPLISHMENTS My AIMS

Review of My Life:
We all shall APPEAR MANIFESTED.
1Cor 4 says: It will be
Day of Truth Day of Transparency Day of Testing

Misunderstandings clarified Dont turn to tribunal court


Note- it is CHRISTs, GODs Judgment Seat (Rom 14). You dont jump ON it.

Result of Review:
There will be no flattery. There will be praise. There will be nothing overlooked. Note- every one shall have praise His or Hers
Sometimes it is interchanged here. Instead of Praise I get blame here.

Every Br/Sr will receive their praise Their right and rightful praise from God himself.

5. The Rewards: What?


What and why and how rewards?
Unless He tells, how would I know it. Unless He helps, how could I do it. All by grace. YET He gives me His appreciation.

There will be SHEPHERDs Reward. There will be SERVANTs Reward. There will be STEWARDs Reward. There will be SUNDAY SCHOOL teachers Reward. There will be SISTERs Reward.

6. The Revelation: What?


We are going to enjoy Revelation in Heaven. We are taken but coming again.
Saints will be Exalted with the Saviour.

We will see the Revelation of:


Divine Love Divine Life Divine Likeness
Glory thou has given Me, I have given them that the world may know that thou has loved them as loved me.

7. The Reign:
Not just Dwell with Him but share the royalty. We shall share the everlasting rule.

How does that affect us? - Raised with Him - Raptured to Him - Received into His Fathers House - Reviewed by His Omniscient Eyes - Rewarded by His Gracious hands - Revealed at His Glorious side - Reigning in His Eternal Kingdom

Conclusion:
Why is this Future told to me?
Not to satisfy our CURIOCITY, But to develop our CONSECRATION. Let us Live for God Let us Live for Christ Will You? (1Cor 15:58)
