Course Outline
For Hybrid Mode: Excuse letters via SMS, chatrooms, courier or any other means will be required for
those unable to submit requirements at an agreed and given period. Students are advised to contact
their subject instructor in case of unavoidable circumstances that may prevent them from attending
scheduled onsite class. Attendance will be taken on a scheduled face to face class. However, there
shall be point deductions for tardy submissions of requirements when assigned asynchronously.
Students are advised to contact the course instructor for late submissions of course requirements.
LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION
The language of Instruction is English. Students are expected to use English in their outputs and
reports. Filipino is allowed during informal sessions for both face to face and scheduled synchronous
discussions.
USE OF THE LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The Learning Management System including Google Classroom and other applicable applications
may be used for specific purposes and when asynchronous class was scheduled. For students with
zero internet connectivity, communications will be via phone and submissions will be done on the
next schedule of face to face class.
USE OF MOBILE PHONES AND GADGETS
For hybrid mode of learning, students are expected to have the necessary gadgets to access course
materials during asynchronous sessions. They shall inform the teacher if they have problems
accessing the course site. He can be reached at his email address (

SPECIAL EXAMINATIONS
Make-Up Summative Tests are based on the necessity of their reasons. However, online meetings
may be extended on a case to case basis.

recommended including private messages through FB. But students without internet connection may
send text messages. Queries and concerns will be dealt promptly. However, there may be instances
when replies may take some time especially when queries are sent in the middle of the night or during
weekends. For urgent matter (case-to-case basis) , Onsite (Face-to-face) consultation is by
appointment basis, please set appointment at least a day or two hours before your intended date of
