1. Relative to the implementation of DO No. ,s. 2025 titled Implementing Guidelines of
the Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL) Program, this Office strengthens
the Utilization of the Blueprint of Learning Interventions and Enhancements for
Key Stages 1-4 and Other Supplementary Learning Resources in Science for SY
2025-2026 in all public elementary and secondary schools .
2. As part of the Science intervention program, learners who perform below the minimum
proficiency level, as identified by their teachers, will receive targeted instructional support
through the ARAL Program, utilizing the intervention materials mentioned above.
3. The activity aims to :
3.1. Train teachers on the effective integration of science interventions tailored to learners
with low proficiency levels across Grades 3-12. This includes demonstrating specific
strategies and hands-on approaches to enhance student engagement and learning
outcomes.
3.2. Provide targeted technical assistance to schools for diagnosing instructional gaps
through analysis of student performance data. This support aims to identify key areas for
improvement and develop actionable plans to enhance teaching practices.
3.3. Leverage supplementary science learning resources to boost learners’ content
mastery, proficiency, and development of science process skills.These resources should
be integrated into classroom practices to foster deeper understanding and skills
development.
