A. STUDENT DEVELOPMENT
1. Answered modules and activities for asynchronous learning.
2. Took their final examination and submitted requirements.
3. Participated in the RLA Assessment.
B. FACULTY DEVELOPMENT
1. Finalized and arranged student files for EOSY.
2. Prepared the SF Forms for the EOSY.
3. Inspected Supplies delivered to the school.
4. Provided technical assistance and Mentored Student Teachers for their Final
Demo Teaching.
5. Attended the Takbo para sa atletang Pilipino at Nabua Central Pilot School.
6. Conducted COT 4 through LAC Session.
C. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT
1. Asynchronous learning due to extreme heat.
2. Updated conference notebook for constant reminders of different DepEd and
school activities and programs.
3. Semi-detailed Lesson Plan and Accomplishment Report.
4. Accomplished necessary forms and reports for the following week and the month.
D. PHYSICAL FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT
1. Maintained the cleanliness and orderliness of the classrooms in Grade 8-
Bermundo with the assigned territory.
2. Supervised the students while cleaning their assigned tasks and territories.
3. Maintained the cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom.
4. Maintained the proper condition of the school facilities' equipment inside and
outside the assigned territories/areas.
E. LINKAGES
1. Communication of students' progress and to the Parents through Group chats and
text messages.
2. Providing modules and activities through Group chats.
3. Attended faculty meetings and short conferences with our School Head.
