specialization in Software Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Kattankulathur (Main
Campus), permanent resident of NO 275,PILLAIYAR KOVIL STREET, KARUGAMPATHU,Vellore,Vellore,Tamil
Nadu,INDIA-632013. Phone No: Father 7010686115, Mother 6383734771, Guardian , do hereby
undertake on this the 22, of July 2025 and state the following:-
1. I am solely responsible for providing correct and genuine information in the application form for registration. I
understand that if I am found ineligible and if any information furnished by me is found to be false or incorrect
at any time (during or after completion of the course), it shall result in the automatic cancellation of my
admission and my degree if awarded and may render me liable to disciplinary action as the Institution may
deem fit.
2. I shall present all the original documents, mark sheet, transfer certificate, Aadhaar Card and other required
documents for verification and agree to submit the original TC at the time of admission.
3. If I am unable to present the required documents at the time of admission, I undertake to submit them within
the prescribed time notified by the Institution. Failing this, I accept the consequences, including possible
cancellation of admission.
4. I understand that attendance is mandatory as per the Institution’s norms. If my attendance falls below 75% in
any course, I shall not be eligible to appear for the semester examinations in that course and shall be required
to repeat it when next offered.
5. I undertake not to participate in any coercive agitation/strike against the Institution or engage in any activity
that disturbs the peace and order within the SRMIST campus or hostels.
6. I declare that I will not post any defamatory or damaging content about the Institution, its students, or staff on
social media platforms or any other forums. I understand that such actions will attract disciplinary proceedings
by the Institution.
7. I am aware that sending mass emails (spamming) to faculty members, HoDs, Chairpersons, Deans, or any
other senior officials as a form of grievance or protest is considered misconduct. I understand that such
behaviour will attract disciplinary action, including possible expulsion from the Institution.
8. I shall not involve in any physical altercations, groupism, use of prohibited arms, or harassment, particularly of
fellow or female students, either on or off campus. I accept that any such behaviour will lead to strict
disciplinary action by the Institution.
9. I undertake not to consume, possess, or promote alcohol, drugs, or any narcotic/psychotropic substances on
or off the campus. I understand that any violation will result in immediate

ragging undertaking as mandated by the UGC/AICTE. I accept that any involvement in ragging will lead to
disciplinary and legal action, including expulsion, as per the Prohibition of Ragging Act, 1997 and its
amendments.
11. I affirm that I am not suffering from any serious/contagious ailment or psychiatric/psychological disorder. If later
found to be so, I understand that the Institution has the right to take appropriate measures to preserve its
academic and social environment.
12. I undertake to notify the Institution promptly of any changes in the information submitted by me, including
address and contact details.
13. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Institution concerning discipline, attendance and conduct,
as amended from time to time.

b. I agree to abide by the proceedings and disciplinary actions taken by the committee constituted for the
purpose; if and when I violate the rules and regulations of the Institution. I acknowledge that the Institute
