Hills viewpoint, soaking in breathtaking vistas and capturing unforgettable

Yes, the campsite is pet-friendly.
2. Are there washrooms at the campsite?
Yes, there are 14 fixed container washrooms.
3. Is parking available?
Yes, there is parking space for both 4-wheelers and 2-wheelers.
4. Is outside food allowed?
Yes, outside food is allowed.
5. Is alcohol allowed?
Only Telangana State liquor is permitted at the campsite.
6. Until what time will the DJ play?
The DJ will play until 12:30 AM.
7. Is transportation available?

Travel Guide to SRUKAR Campsite
1. Train Availability:
Check MakeMyTrip, Ixigo, or IRCTC for train availability and timings from Hyderabad to
Vikarabad.
2. Local Transport:
On reaching Vikarabad, hire an auto or cab for a 20-minute, 9.5 km drive to SRUKAR
Campsite.
3. Transportation Deal Suggestion:
Consider making a round-trip deal with the same auto/cab driver. This can include
transportation from the campsite to the trekking point, and finally to the train station for your
return journey.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In the event of heavy rain, our waterproof tents will ensure shelter and safety. However, due to
safety concerns, Bonfire shall not be there and outdoor games will not be conducted during
such conditions. Please note that no refunds will be provided in case of rain disrupting the
scheduled activities.
Excessive Alcohol drinking is prohibited, and need to maintain composure at all times.
If anyone disturbs the decorum, HAC team has the right to remove them from the premises.
Drugs or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited
Need to maintain low noise levels between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. Respect everyone's need
for a good night's rest.
Do not litter and ensure proper waste disposal. Maintain the pristine condition of the
surroundings.
Keep bathrooms clean and tidy. Leave them in the same condition as you found them.
Needs to compensate for any damage to the property, including tents. Handle all facilities and
equipment with care.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the cancellation is done any day other than the day of the event, the advance of ₹500 per
person will be credited to the HAC wallet. This amount can be reused for any booking within a
year.
The cancellation message must be in writing and sent to any official HAC's WhatsApp number
to mark the date and time of cancellation.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on the day of the event.
