Accreditation
Accredited by Royal Institution of Chartered
Surveyors (RICS).
Most graduates of the course are entitled to
enrol on the RICS Assessment of Professional
Competence (APC).
An additional module must be passed to
meet these requirements for those students
doing the Construction Law, Arbitration and
Adjudication route.
Accredited by the Asian Institute of
Alternative Dispute Resolution. Successful
completion of Stage 1 (Year 1) on this
course entitles you to an educational
exemption at the AIADR Member level.
Candidates who successfully complete this
course and, additionally, either the Arbitral
Award Writing or Adjudication Decision
Writing short course, are eligible for an
educational exemption at the AIADR Fellow
Membership level.
This course has been accredited by
the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb)
as part of its Recognised Course Provider
scheme. Upon successful completion of
Stage 1 (Year 1) on this course, students are
eligible to apply for Ciarb membership at the
Member level.
