This is to inform all students that the online application process for availing .oAikyashree Scholarship,, for
Fresh candidates is available at the ATKYASHREE SCHoLARSHIp web porral.

All interested applicants are hereby instructed to visit https://wbmdfcscholarshin.in/for necessary information
and guidelines regarding application procedure, eligibility ancl other relevant fields prior to commencement of
registration and application form fill up process.

Fufther. all eligible applicants are hereby instructed to immediately subrnit their form along with below
mentioned documents for necessary verification to the ttRegistrar" section.

1) Online Application forrn (after subniission) duly signed with date.


2) Cast Certificate duly signed.
3) Self Declaration of Family Income duly filled and signed along with Annual Family Income Certificate
issued by the competent authority as specified in web portal"
4) Previor"rs qualifying Exarn/Board Mark Sheet.
5) Domicile Cerlificate and photocopy of Aadhaar Card.
6) Fees Receipt of current semester.
7) Plrotocopy of Bank Pass Book showing Account No. and IFSC Code (seeded with AADF{AAR Card
No.)
8) Self declaration of Cornmunity duly filled and signed.
9) InstitLrte Verification form duly filled.
In case of any failure to submit online application within scheduled date, college will be in no way responsible
for verification / rejection of said application.
