The Schools Division of Oriental Mindoro, in collaboration with Living Values Education (LVE) International, is pleased to announce the course outline and schedule for its International Living Velues Education (LVE) Online Courses: LVE Sciues-Based Atmosphere and LVE Values Awareness Facilitators Training for FREE, This initiative aligns with and supports the goals and mandates of Republic ct No. 11476, which institutionalizes Good Manners and Right Conduct (GMRC) and Values Education in the K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum, 2 ‘The training course aims to: «deepen participants’ personal understanding and experience of core universal values through guided self-reflection and practical activities; « develop facilitation skills necessary for leading values-based activities and workshops confidently and effectively in schools, families, and communities; senable participants to create and nurture a positive, supportive, and values-based atmosphere in their work, home, and personal lives; $00 Oriental Mindoro: Upholding INTEGRITY, Nurturing COMPETENCE, Optimizing DILIGEN eppcursess a ‘Office Address: Sta, Isabel, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro 5200 (043) 288 7810 oriental, [email protected] DepEd Oriental Mindoro DepED cE « prepare participants to implement Living Values Education materials and resources appropriately within the framework of the K to 12 curriculum and other educational programs; «certify participants as qualified Living Values Education facilitators capable of supporting values education initiatives locally and internationally; and « promote a lifelong commitment to values awareness and personal growth among facilitators and their communities. 3. Public and private School Heads and teachers, Education Program Supervisor in GMRC and Values Education are encouraged to participate in the said online training courses. 4, Please see attached advocacy materials for further information about the distance training courses. 5. The online training courses are distance-based and self-paced, following a prescribed course outline and schedule. Participation of teachers from public end private schools shall be purely voluntary and must not hamper instructional time in compliance with the provisions of DepEd Order (D0) No. 012, s. 2025 titled “Multi-Year Implementing Guidelines on the School Calendar and Activities’ and DO No. 9, s. 2008, titled “Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith” and the policy on off-campus activities stated in DO 66, s. 2017. 6.
