SECTION 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS


1.1 Interpretation
* S.1 Art 1.1(a). “Military” refers to any or all of the British Army.
* S.1 Art 1.1(b). “The British Army Trial Court” refers to the military court
for the British Army.
* S.1 Art 1.1(c). “Judge Advocate General” refers to the chief legal officer of
the British Army.
* S.1 Art 1.1(d). “Military Judge” refers to a judge of the British Army Trial
Court.
* S.1 Art 1.1(e). “Senior judicial officer” encompasses the Judge Advocate
General, Deputy Judge Advocate General, and Associate Judge Advocate General.
* S.1 Art 1.1(f). “Service headquarters” refers to the headquarters of a service
component of the British Army.
* S.1 Art 1.1(g). “Division headquarters” encompasses the commanding officer,
executive officer, senior officer, and senior enlisted advisor of a division.
* S.1 Art 1.1(h). “Investigative command” encompasses all units designated for

1.2 Persons Subject to This Chapter:
* S.1 Art 1.2(a). All members of the British Army while serving in an active
capacity.
* S.1 Art 1.2(b). All personnel within civilian entities affiliated or endorsed
by the British Army, including those designated for development and administrative
oversight, while performing official duties within the territorial domain of the
British Army.

1.3 Territorial Applicability


* S.1 Art 1.3. The territorial jurisdiction of the Military Justice Code
encompasses all lands administered by the British Army and associated facilities.
1.4 Jurisdiction to Try Personnel
* S.1 Art 1.4(a). The British Army Trial Court is authorized to exercise
jurisdiction over all matters arising within its territorial domain that pertain to
individuals presently under the jurisdiction of the British Army.
* S.1 Art 1.4(b). An individual is not relieved of amenability from this chapter
if they obtain a discharge through fraudulent, erroneous, or deceitful methods.
1.5 Dismissed Officer’s Right to Trial by Court-Martial
* S.1 Art 1.5(a). All commissioned officers who are subject to non-judicial
dismissal for offenses committed against this chapter may demand trial by court-
martial in lieu of non-judicial punishment.
Procedure:
* S.1 Art 1.5(b). Upon receiving a written application for trial by court-
martial, the Judge Advocate General or a subordinate shall expeditiously convene a
court-martial in accordance with the provisions delineated herein.
* S.1 Art 1.5(c). If an officer is deprived of an expeditious hearing, the
dismissed officer’s dismissal shall be substituted for an administrative discharge.
* S.1 Art 1.5(d). The findings of a court-martial may acquit the accused of any
charges or sustain the dismissal.
Powers of the Judge Advocate General:
* S.1 Art 1.5(e). The Judge Advocate General is empowered to reject frivolous or
baseless applications for trial by court-martial if it is conspicuously apparent
that an application lacks substantial and valid justification.
* S.1 Art 1.5(f). The Judge Advocate General shall not deny an application for
trial by court-martial on the grounds of a clerical error.
* S.1 Art 1.5(g). The Judge Advocate General shall demonstrate a favorable
inclination towards the applicant whenever possible.
1.6 Rights of the Victim
* S.1 Art 1.6. A victim of an offense is entitled to receive precise,
reasonable, and timely notice of the following:
* S.1 Art 1.6(i). The initiation of criminal proceedings against the defendant.
* S.1 Art 1.6(ii). A public hearing concerning the defendant.
1.7 Rights of the Accused
Any individual accused of an offense against this chapter, or in trial thereunder,
has the following rights:
* S.1 Art 1.7(a). Right to a Speedy Trial.
* S.1 Art 1.7(a)(i). All matters presented before the British Army Trial Court
shall be expeditiously adjudicated and resolved within a maximum period of twenty-
one days.
* S.1 Art 1.7(b). Right to an impartial jury.
* S.1 Art 1.7(c). Right to counsel.
* S.1 Art 1.7(d). Right to confront witnesses.
* S.1 Art 1.7(e). Right to receive notice of charges.
* S.1 Art 1.7(f). Right to remain silent.
1.8 Notwithstanding
Extraordinary Jurisdiction
* S.1 Art 1.8(a). Notwithstanding other provisions of this code, the Defence
Board is vested with extraordinary jurisdiction, which entails the authority to
review criminal indictments, accusations, and court rulings.
* S.1 Art 1.8(b). The Defence Board may overturn any criminal indictments,
accusations, court precedents, and court rulings upon conducting a comprehensive
review.

Statutory Immunities
* S.1 Art 1.8(c). The Defence Board may not be subject to any judicial scrutiny
for exercising the authority granted under this article.
* S.1 Art 1.8(d). The Defence Board shall enjoy immunity from criminal
accusations and judicial punishment, provided such immunity is granted by the
Secretary of State for Defence.
* S.1 Art 1.8(e). The Secretary of State for Defence may waive the judicial
immunity granted to any inferior member of the British Army.
* S.1 Art 1.8(f). These immunities are essential for the Defence Board to carry
out its critical duties. Decisions regarding the Army's security and operations are
often urgent and carry inherent risks. To ensure decisive command, the Defence
Board must act without fear of personal liability for actions taken within its
authority.

1.9 Rights of the Investigators


Special Investigation Branch - RMP
* S.1 Art 1.9(a). The Special Investigation Branch investigators and staff are
permitted to request information regarding the conduct and actions of every single
member of the military except Army Board+. Any rank not cooperating with an
investigation will face court proceedings.
Royal Intelligence Corps - RIC
* S.1 Art 1.9(b). The Royal Intelligence Corps investigators and staff are
granted extensive authority to request information regarding the conduct and
actions of every member of the military, regardless of rank. RIC personnel have the
following additional privileges:
* S.1 Art 1.9(b)(i). Access to unauthorized areas, logs, and similar resources,
regardless of whether operations or investigations are currently underway.
* S.1 Art 1.9(b)(ii). Authority to collaborate with other regiments/ external
intelligence agencies when necessary. (With permission from DoD)
* S.1 Art 1.9(b)(iii). Enhanced investigative tools and resources to facilitate
their inquiries.
Any member of the military who fails to cooperate with an RIC investigation will
face discharge.

SECTION 2: GENERAL CONDUCT AND DISCIPLINE


2.1 Professional Standards
* S.2 Art 2.1(a). All personnel shall maintain a professional demeanor in
uniform and during official duties.
* S.2 Art 2.1(b). Officers are expected to uphold professional conduct and
embody the values of the BA.
* S.2 Art 2.1(c). Proper military courtesy must be observed at all times when
addressing superior officers.
* S.2 Art 2.1(d). The use of inappropriate language or behavior is strictly
prohibited during service.
2.2 Chain of Command
* S.2 Art 2.2(a). All orders must flow through the proper chain of command.
* S.2 Art 2.2(b). Personnel must respect and follow orders from their direct
superiors.
* S.2 Art 2.2(c). Insubordination will result in immediate disciplinary action.
SECTION 3: UNIFORMS AND APPEARANCE
3.1 Standard Uniform Requirements
* S.3 Art 3.1(a). All personnel are required to wear the appropriate uniform
corresponding to the event, including their designated rank insignia, caps, berets,
and other relevant attire.
* S.3 Art 3.1(b). Uniforms must be kept clean and presentable at all times.
* S.3 Art 3.1(c). Non-regulation accessories or modifications are prohibited,
such as unrealistic skin tone, unrealistic hair, unrealistic faces, and unrealistic
or ridiculous accessories. (Review your regiment’s uniform regulations documents
for more information or ask your superiors.)

3.2 Ceremonial Dress Requirements


* S.3 Art 3.1(a). Full ceremonial uniform is mandatory for parades and special
events.
* S.3 Art 3.1(b). All decorations, such as medals, badges, clasps, lanyards,
sashes, ties, and scarves must be displayed in the proper order of precedence.
* S.3 Art 3.1(c). Ceremonial weapons must be maintained to the highest standard.
SECTION 4: DRESS CODE REGULATIONS
4. Uniform Regulations
* S.4 Art 4(a). Custom Uniform: All custom uniforms are required to be
manufactured exclusively by our Quartermaster Corps.
* S.4 Art 4(b). Physical Uniform: Physical attire is to be worn exclusively
during events that involve long-distance marching or require physical training,
such as obstacle courses or firing range exercises. This includes tryouts and
various phases of training.
* S.4 Art 4(b)(i). No accessories are permitted to be worn while in the physical
uniform.
* S.4 Art 4(c). Standard Uniform: All personnel are permitted to wear standard
attire, which includes either custom uniforms or the issued Multi-Terrain Patterns
(MTPs).
* S.4 Art 4(d). Formal Uniform: Personnel are required to wear the formal
uniform during special occasions, including inspections, ceremonies, and joint
events.
* S.4 Art 4(d)(i). Commissioned officers are permitted to wear the formal
uniform at their discretion.
* S.4 Art 4(e). Enforcement: The Royal Military Police are authorized to enforce
the dress code. Non-compliance with these regulations may result in detention. This
policy applies to all British Army personnel.

SECTION 6: DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES
6.1 Minor Infractions
* S.6 Art 6.1(a).Verbal warning: Informal notice about inappropriate behavior or
performance.
* S.6 Art 6.1(b). Official Warning: Formal warning possibly issued with a bot of
conduct or performance issues.
* S.6 Art 6.1(c). Suspension: Temporary removal from duties or rank as a
disciplinary measure.
* S.6 Art 6.1(d). Demotion: Reduction in rank or position due to performance
issues or misconduct.
6.2 Major Infractions
* S.6 Art 6.2(a). Dishonorable Discharge: Termination of service from a regiment
due to serious misconduct.
* S.6 Art 6.2(b). Kick: Immediate removal of a user from Discord servers or
Roblox groups, often for violating rules or guidelines.
* S.6 Art 6.2(c). Ban: Prohibition from accessing our Discord servers usually
for a specified duration or permanently.
* S.6 Art 6.2(d). Blacklist: Prohibition from certain users or groups to access
our Discord servers, Roblox groups or regiments due to past or current behavior or
actions.
SECTION 7: ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES
7.1 Discharge Requests
* S.7 Art 7.1(a). A minimum service period of two weeks must be completed in the
regiment.
* S.7 Art 7.1(b). Approval from a superior officer (RSM, XO, CO) is required.
7.2 Transfer Requests
* S.7 Art 7.2(a). A minimum service period of two weeks must be completed in the
current regiment.
* S.7 Art 7.2(b). Approval from a superior officer (RSM, XO, CO) is required.
* S.7 Art 7.2(c). Individuals must hold the rank of Corporal (OR-4) or higher to
request a transfer.
* S.7 Art 7.2(d). Must not have any blacklists with the current regiment or the
regiment to which they are transferring.
7.3 High Command Communication Procedures
* S.7 Art 7.3(a). All regimental High Command must establish a dedicated HICOM
group chat on Discord, ensuring the presence of the entire defense board and at
least the Chief of General Staff (CGS).
* S.7 Art 7.3(b): The HICOM group chat shall serve as the primary platform for
sharing critical updates, strategic discussions, and operational planning.
* S.7 Art 7.3(c): All members of the High Command are required to check the
group chat regularly and respond to messages in a timely manner to facilitate
effective communication.
* S.7 Art 7.3(d): Important decisions and announcements discussed in the chat
must be documented and archived to ensure transparency and accountability.
* S.7 Art 7.3(e): In case of emergency situations, a voice call may be initiated
within the Discord GC to ensure rapid communication and decision-making.
7.4 Recruitment Procedures
* S.7 Art 7.4(a): Criteria and requirements for membership in the High Command
shall be established and communicated with superiors (General+).
* S.7 Art 7.4(b): A formal application process must be in place for potential
candidates seeking to join the regiment regardless if it’s for low rank or high
rank position.
* S.7 Art 7.4(c): Regular assessments of High Command members’ performance shall
be conducted to ensure effective leadership, and all applicants for entry into High
Command must submit a rigorous application demonstrating their qualifications.
7.5 Recruitment Procedures
* S.7 Art 7.5(a): All High Command members must undergo a performance evaluation
bi-weekly to assess their contributions and effectiveness.
* S.7 Art 7.5(b): Results of the evaluations will be discussed in one-on-one
meetings to identify areas for improvement and professional development.
* S.7 Art 7.5(c): Continued underperformance may lead to additional training or
reconsideration of roles within the High Command.

7.6 Reporting Procedures


* S.7 Art 7.6(a): All leaders are required to submit a weekly report summarizing
their activities, challenges, and achievements.
* S.7 Art 7.6(b): Reports must be sent before the deadline set and announced in
#📣|officer-news to allow for review before the next High Command meeting.
* S.7 Art 7.6(c): Any urgent issues must be communicated immediately through the
HICOM/General’s Conference group chat or directly messaging superiors following the
Chain of Command.
7.7 Firing Procedures
* S.7 Art 7.7(a): The decision to remove a member from their regiment/rank must
be based on a valid reason(s) or violations of conduct.
* S.7 Art 7.7(b): The affected member must receive official written notification
of their termination from their regiment/rank, outlining the reasons and any
relevant details.
7.8 Resignation Procedures
* S.7 Art 7.8(a): Any High Command wishing to resign from the regiment must
submit a formal resignation letter to their immediate supervisor (RSM, XO, CO,
General+).
* S.7 Art 7.8(b): A notice period of at least 48 hours is required to allow for
a smooth transition and reassignment of responsibilities.
* S.7 Art 7.8(c): The resigning member should participate in an exit interview
to provide feedback on their experience and any suggestions for improvement.
* S.7 Art 7.8(d): The resigning member must keep the regiment tidy, all assets
made to keep running the Regiment/British Army should be kept and cannot destroy or
steal information from Documents and all assets they made.
* S.7 Art 7.8(e): The resignation must be officially acknowledged in writing,
and a public announcement should be made to inform the regiment.
* S.7 Art 7.8(f): Members of a regiment are prohibited from resigning to join a
newly formed corps or regiment for a period of 7 days following the official
announcement of the new corps or regiment.

7.9 Data Management and Security Procedures


* S.7 Art 7.9(a): All sensitive data must be stored securely, with access
limited to authorized personnel only.
* S.7 Art 7.9(b): Regular audits of data access and usage must be conducted to
ensure compliance with data protection policies.
* S.7 Art 7.9(c):High Command must be at least informed or tipped in data
security best practices to minimize risks of data breaches.

SECTION 8: PUNITIVE ARTICLES


8.1 Complicity in Criminal Acts
* S.8 Art 8.1(a). Chapter 8 clarifies complicity in criminal acts; individuals
can be held culpable without personally committing the offense.

BLACKLIST ARTICLES:
TYPES
DESCRIPTION
Army Wide
A blacklisted individual is prohibited from joining any regiments or groups
within the army. They are also barred from participating in official events
organized by army officials.
Regimental
A blacklisted individual is restricted from joining a specific regiment and
is unable to engage in official events associated with that regiment.
British Army Group
A blacklisted individual cannot access the entire British Army group and is
unable to interact within group communications, including Discord servers.

SECTION X: CONCLUSION

X.1 Repeal and Amendment


* S.X Art X.1. All previous regulations and provisions that conflict with this
Act are hereby repealed or amended as necessary.
X.2 Effective Date
* S.X Art X.2. This Act shall take effect on the release date of this document
to the public, following its approval by the appropriate authorities.
X.3 Review and Reporting
* S.X Art X.3. The contents of this Act shall be reviewed every month to assess
their effectiveness and relevance.
X.4 Severability
* S.X Art X.4. If any provision of this Act is found to be invalid or
unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
X.5 Citation
* S.X Art X.5. This Act may be cited as the Armed Forces Act of 2025, and shall
be known as the “Armed Forces Act.”
These regulations are subject to update and revision as needed. All personnel are
required to familiarize themselves with these regulations and adhere to them
strictly. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.
