Note: * The utility connections are to be coordinated with respective service providers by the Client.
* Maximum Building Foot-Print (ground coverage) shall be 60% of the plot area ( 40% desirable). There should be a minimum clear distance of 5 m between
the building and plot limit on all sides. ( 6 m desirable) .
* Service block housing transformer room, electrical room, and pump room shall be constructed at the plot limit in compliance with FEWA, Civil Defence
requirements. A Guardroom can be constructed attached to the boundary wall.

literature including Organic compounds and inorganic compounds, Metals, Alloys, Minerals, Isotopes, and Nonstructurable materials (UVCBs).
The HS code is The Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System of the tariff nomenclature is an international standardized system of names and numbers
for classifying commodities. HS codes are used as the basis for import duties, origin regulations, monitoring of controlled goods, and Customs information systems.
Note:
a) Any restricted substance shall be approved by Environment Protection & Development Authority “EPDA” before import.
b) Fuel Type - Only fuels with less than 1% sulfur content are permitted.

13. HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT CONTROLS:


a. Submit process details and flow chart highlighting environmental, health & safety hazards or impacts, and any precautions necessary.
b. For certain applications where significant hazards are anticipated.
 Attach the company HSE Plan / Standard operating procedures to meet the requirements as laid down in HSE/Local/Federal Regulations.
 A third-party “Risk Assessment” for the proposed operations shall be carried out and the same report shall be submitted to RAKEZ: HSE for review &
approval before the start of the operation.
c. Submit an OFC inspection request to [email protected] within 10 days of starting an operation, please click here for the OFC application.
d. For any construction/installation/modification in the client’s facility, Building / Modification is required from RAKEZ.
