Technical Director at Sky Ingenium Sdn Bhd, with a decade of
experience in energy auditing. He has successfully spearheaded and
completed over 50 energy audit projects across the commercial and
industrial sectors.

His expertise extends to business management and development,

involving the efficient oversight of company operations, development of
in-house teams, and strategic planning for sales and marketing.

Notably, Mr. Lai has managed a diverse range of energy efficiency

systems, encompassing project feasibility studies, system audits, design,
strategic planning, and project implementation. His portfolio includes
substantial projects such as Solar Thermal EPC Project valued at over
RM10 million at a government hospital, Chiller EPC Project within the
industrial sector, and BAS system projects exceeding RM5 million at
government buildings.

Additionally, he serves as a trusted advisor to numerous industrial and

commercial facilities.

Ir. Dr. Chua Kein Huat, an accomplished individual with a wealth of

expertise in the field of energy management. Currently serving as an
Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic
Engineering at UTAR, he holds the esteemed titles of Professional
Engineer and Registered Electrical Energy Manager (REEM).

With a notable background as a Professional Trainer specializing in

Energy Management courses, Ir. Dr. Chua Kein Huat boasts 14 years of
extensive experience in this domain. His proficiency extends to over 8
years of hands-on involvement in Energy Audit and Energy
Management, having led numerous successful projects as the Lead
Energy Auditor for more than 8 energy audit initiatives.

Ir. Dr. Chua Kein Huat stands as a respected figure in the industry,
known for his exceptional contributions to the field of energy
management and his dedication to driving sustainable practices
forward.

Dr. VTR Dharamarajah is an established and well known among energy

efficiency industry players in Malaysia as a very experienced energy
efficiency expert especially in the area of energy auditing and air
conditioning systems for commercial buildings and industrial facilities.

Dr. Dharma has been working in the HVAC industry and energy
efficiency related industries. He possesses more than 26 years of in-
depth knowledge and hands-on experiences in energy efficiency
business and solutions.

His key areas expertise are conducting energy auditing and

identification energy saving potentials for ACMV systems, motors, fans,
pumps, compressed air systems, thermal systems and lighting systems.

Dr. VTR Dharamarajah is also the Honorary Secretary of MAESCO and

trainers for private and government agency such as SEDA, KeTTHA,
MAESCO, MAREEM etc.

1) Power Quality Monitoring

• The Power Quality Monitoring is important to ensure efficient
generation, distribution and use of electrical energy. The power
quality is the characteristic of electricity at a given point on an
electrical system. We offer services to monitor and identify power
quality issues such as harmonics, voltage dips, voltage swells,
transient etc at your facility.

2) Building Energy Study

• Building energy study (energy audit) is an inspection, survey and
analysis of energy consumption in a building, process or system.
We provide clients with professional energy audit services to
understand the energy consumption pattern, as well as to identify
potential energy saving measures

3) Thermography Imaging
• Thermography imaging is the most frequent non-destructive test
method that we use when performing inspection and diagnostics.
It is best in identifying anomalies and condition of your equipment
or facilities without interrupting or damaging the system. It is
proven that thermography can help to prevent system failure and
breakdown by early detection of the major defects, thus avoid
owner from undertaking big financial loses on downtime.

4) Energy Management Services

• We offer Registered Electrical Energy Manager (REEM) services for
industrial or commercial installations who consume/generate
electricity for own consumption equal or more than 30,000,000kWh
for 6 consecutive months, and are mandated to comply with the
Efficient Management of Electrical Energy Regulation (EMEER)
2008.

5) HVAC & Solar PV System Installation

• Apart from consultancy and measurement works. We are also
M&E contractor performing installation and maintenance for
system such a HVAC, Solar PV system, lightings, VSD, motors,
pumps, piping modification works etc.
