RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE MODE OF PROCUREMENT TO BE USED FOR VARIOUS
PROJECTS OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TO PURCHASE OF LAPTOP SET
WHEREAS, the hereunder listed projects with the recommended Mode of Procurement do
not
exceed the threshold prescribed in Annex “H” of IRR of RA 9184;
WHEREAS, the Bids and Award Committee (BAC) evaluated the canvass made by the
sangguniang kabataan use;
WHEREAS, this projects that does not fall under Section 52 and does not exceed the
threshold prescribed in Annex “H” of IRR of 9184, to wit:

WHEREAS, on motion of BAC Member Chynette C. Alimpuyo and duly seconded by BAC
Member Mario Caiña Jr.

Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson for her information and appropriate action
