NOTE:Each document must be self-attested by both the groom and bride, including signatures, thumbimpressions,
date, mobile numbers, fullnames, and the full address of the masjid where the Nikah was held, along with the
mobile number of the Qazi.
•Original documents are required for veri ication, before obtaining the Marriage Certi icate.
•An af idavit is required under the following circumstances:
1)If the Nikah Nama is lost, damaged, or unavailable for any reason.
2)If there is a name mismatch between the Nikah Nama and any other documents for any reason.
