Eversource Energy, a Fortune 500 company and the largest energy provider in New England,
serves over 3.7 million customers across Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. The Advanced
Metering Infrastructure (AMI) project aimed to modernize energy management by implementing smart
metering solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and real-time energy
tracking.
As part of this initiative, the SAP CPI-based integration framework was designed to ensure seamless data
exchangebetween AMI systems, SAP S/4HANA, third-party applications, and cloud platforms. The
integration covered meter data management, customer billing, asset monitoring, and real-time alerts.

Key Responsibilities:

 Designed and implemented SAP CPI iFlows to enable real-time and batch data
exchange between SAP S/4HANA, AMI systems, and third-party cloud applications.
 Developed robust integration flows using adapters such as SOAP, ODATA, HTTPS, REST, MAIL,

synchronization between multiple systems, ensuring efficient donation processing, seamless campaign
management, and compliance with financial regulations.
