against ragging and I am fully aware of the judgments on ragging passed by the Supreme Court of India and the laws
passed by the Government.

classroom/ laboratory, library, examination or ringing of phone during any instructional session can
result in confiscation of the phone.
Use internet facilities responsibly. Misuse of this facility - playing games, viewing undesirable material
from the Internet, etc will result in Disciplinary Probation.
Adhere to the accepted décor and safety guidelines, if any, established for dress and activities in the
school gymnasium, physical education classes, laboratories.
Keep parents informed of school-related matters, including progress in school, social and educational
events, and ensure that Parents receive communications that are provided by school staff to students for
transmittal to their parents.
Do not indulge in any fresher/other parties within and outside the campus without prior permission of
the Director, and always be ambassadors of the school in a positive manner.
Observe decent and dignified dress code.
Be familiar with the school honor code. It is my responsibility to abide by the School rules and

Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar am aware that the School will be facilitating the Rural
Internship 2024-2025 with designated NGO in the months of December 2024 to January 2025 for all students
who complete semester 1 in the program. I am also fully aware that this is a mandatory internship and that
penal and administrative action is liable to be taken against me in case I am absent without prior permission
from the Director and/or the internship coordinators of the School of Liberal Studies.
I, also understand, as explained during the counseling and admission process, that internships facilitated by
the university and the school will be charged on an actual basis from the students, in case any financial
expenses are incurred. In case I am responsible for any damage to a property of the NGO and the University, I
will be accountable and responsible to pay the amount for the damages. I understand and accept that the
university has all rights to make changes in the schedule and program as it deems fit. I also understand that if I
leave the internship due to medical, personal or any other reason, will undertake the internship next year and
/or any official designated alternate immediately in the next cycle else my degree certificate will not be
granted. In case any changes happen due to the pandemic or otherwise, I will abide by the decision taken by
