1. PURPOSE: - To ensure safe working at height

2. SCOPE: - Applicable to all activities at height (eg: Lamp Post, Cable Trays, Lighting, fans, water pipe line,
air pipe line, building maintenance & white washing etc.)
3. RESPONSIBIITY: - HOD maintenance, HOD store, HOD HR

4. PERFORMANCE CRITERIA : Number of Incident

5. CROSS REFERENCE: Clause 8.1 of ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018

8 At the area for pipelines, hang the safety belt with the grill or Concern person
angel so that in case of slipping, you can safe. & Area In

9 Check the shoes and ensure about their ok condition so that Concern person
you could not slip

10 Work in team when working on height. Concern person

11 Ensure every person working on height should wear the Concern person
safety equipment.

7. CHECKING, CORRECTIVE & PREVENTIVE ACTION :


* Check for wheel of the ladder.
* Check for safety belt condition.
* Check for the condition of helmets
1. In case of any wheel damage, change the wheel of ladder.
2. In case of any breakage or losing in the belt hook, tight or replace the belt hook.
3. In case of helmet crack, change the helmet.
