I. RATIONALE:
In the current digital era, all schools from elementary to tertiary levels
certainly require computer equipment and supporting applications to support
teaching and learning activities. One indicator of learning success is seen
from the students or their learning outcomes. Learning outcomes are the
success achieved by students, namely student learning achievements in
schools that manifest in numbers or grades. Many schools in managing
grades currently use a media system for storing student data, teacher data,
class data, lesson schedule, and score data.
Silvertek gives the teachers an important grading information and
evaluations on which class recording of grades are now more reliable and
efficient. It will determine the evaluator’s acceptability level on functionality
and usability. Additionally, the system had employed statistical tools: the
frequency; percentage; and weighted mean. Generally, the system was
perceived functional as designed and usable in the institution. It functions
correctly.
In like manner, it is usable particularly, the generation of reports. It
provides much speedy process during enrolment. For the use of other HEIs,
the system requires customization, to conform to their own process as with
the grade evaluation. One of the most important and amazing features of

Silvertek is that both the teachers and the students can enjoy the teaching
learning process through different activities built in with the system.

II. OBJECTIVES:
1. Equip the participants with the technical –know- how on the
usage of Silvertek
2. Familiarize the steps in accessing and using of Silvertek.
3. Create video lesson to be used for class demonstration
III. TRAINING PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This 3-day seminar-workshop on Mastering SilVerTek LMS:
Advanced Techniques for Using the System to its Full Potential is done
through a lecture before the hands-on activity wherein each participant is
required to bring his/her laptop/cellphones. At the end of the workshop,
each participant is expected to master Silvertek. The Resource speaker is
