are delighted to have you here today as we prepare for another exciting academic year.

Our theme this year is ‘Sama-sama, kayang-kaya!’ which means ‘Together, we can do it!’ It reminds us that

PRAYER: “To formally open our program, let us start by lifting our hearts and minds to the Lord. May
I invite everyone to stand, bow their heads, and join us in a prayer to be led by Ms. Aila Jane
Macaspac.”

(Aila Jane proceeds with the prayer. You may insert a prepared ecumenical prayer here or I can help
write one for you.)

“Thank you, Ms. Macaspac.

NATIONAL ANTHEM: Now, let us honor our country by singing the Philippine National Anthem,
Lupang Hinirang, to be led by Ms. Stephanie Vergara. Everyone, please remain standing, place your

I’m [Insert Your Name], and it is my pleasure to be your host for today’s important gathering. We are truly

Which means, ‘Together, we can do it!’

This theme reflects our belief that strong collaboration between the home and school is the key to helping our
learners reach their full potential.”

At this point, let us hear a heartfelt message to formally welcome all of us today.

Ladies and gentlemen, let us all welcome the school principal — a dedicated leader, educator, and partner in
your child’s learning journey — Dr. Reycor [Insert Last Name], for the Welcome Remarks.”

OPENING MESSAGE

“At this point, to formally open our Parents’ Orientation Program, we are honored to hear from someone whose
leadership goes beyond the traditional classroom.

Let us give a warm round of applause to the visionary at the helm of our university. With wisdom, dedication,
and a heart for service, please welcome our University Administrator, Mr. Ruzzel Brian C. Mallari.
*Thank you, sir RB!*

SPECIAL NUMBER 1

“Thank you so much, Mr. Ruzzel Brian C. Mallari, for that inspiring and empowering message to officially
open our Parents’ Orientation Program.

And now, to lift our spirits even higher, we are honored to welcome a very special group of young, passionate,
and talented individuals.

The Jose De Piro Kabataan Orchestra is more than just a musical band—they are a youth-driven ensemble
committed to using music as a force for unity, discipline, and positive transformation in the community.

Under the guidance of their mentors and through the power of collaboration, this orchestra continues to inspire
not only through their sound, but through their story — showing what young people can achieve when given
purpose and support.

So sit back, relax, and let the music speak as we welcome… the Jose De Piro Kabataan Orchestra!”

(Pause for applause as the orchestra sets up or begins their performance.)

*Thank you, Jose De Piro Kabataan Orchestra! Conducted by Maestro Russel De Guzman, one of UNC-
Bataan’s faculty member. *

SCHOOL OVERVIEW

“Thank you once again to our talented performers from the Jose De Piro Kabataan Orchestra for that uplifting
and powerful performance.

At this point in our program, we move forward to something essential—getting to know more about the place
where your children will grow, learn, and thrive this school year.

To give us a better understanding of what our school stands for, the services we offer, our goals for the year,
and how we aim to work closely with parents like you, we will now hear the School Overview.

This will be presented by none other than our very own school administrator—a visionary leader, a licensed
entrepreneur, and someone who believes in creating a future where learning goes hand in hand with values and
innovation.

Let’s all welcome Sir R.B., Mr. Ruzzel Brian C. Mallari, for the School Overview Presentation.”

ACADEMIC PROGRAMS & GRADING SYSTEM

“Thank you, Sir R.B., for giving us a clear and inspiring overview of the school’s direction for this academic
year.

Now, let’s move on to one of the most important parts of today’s orientation—understanding what and how
your children will be learning this year.

In this next segment, we will learn about the Academic Program, including the subjects your children will
take, key learning priorities, and support systems in place to help every student succeed.

This presentation will also include a detailed explanation of our Grading System—so that you, our dear parents
and guardians, will understand how your child’s progress will be assessed throughout the school year.

To walk us through this, please welcome our Head of the Academics Office, a committed academic leader and
a mentor to both students and teachers — [Insert Name of the Head].”
SPECIAL NUMBER 2

“We’ve learned a lot today—and we still have more in store! But before we move on, let’s take a short break
from the serious side of things and enjoy something special from the heart of our school—our very own
teachers!

Yes, you heard that right! Today, our Junior High School and Senior High School faculty members are not
just here as educators and mentors…

They’re also here to show us their hidden talents, their creativity, and their amazing energy!

Because here at [Insert School Name], we believe that learning doesn’t always happen behind a desk—and that
joy, movement, and fun are also part of a vibrant school culture.

So parents, get ready to smile, clap, and maybe even dance along in your seats…

Presenting the JHS and SHS Faculty Dance Performance!”

STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES

“As we work together to support your child’s academic journey, it’s also important to recognize the services in
place that care for their emotional, mental, and social well-being.

Up next, we will hear from someone who plays a vital role in guiding our learners not just through academics,
but through life’s challenges as well.

To briefly share our Student Support and Services, including counseling, career guidance, and student
wellness initiatives, let us welcome our Guidance Counselor, [Insert Name].”

ICE BREAKER GAME!

“Before we continue with the rest of our program, let’s take a quick break and add some energy to the room!

It’s time for a fun and exciting icebreaker game to get everyone moving and smiling.

To lead us in this quick activity, let’s welcome someone known for his energy, leadership, and school spirit —
our Prefect of Discipline, Sir Mark Lester Dela Cruz!

Get ready to participate and have some fun!”

(Applause as Sir Mark steps forward to lead the game.)

RULES BY THE POD

“Thank you, Sir Lester, for that energizing icebreaker! It’s always great to see everyone having fun.

Now that we’re all warmed up, Sir Lester will continue with an equally important part of our orientation — a
brief but essential discussion on the school rules, student discipline, and attendance policies.

As our Prefect of Discipline, he plays a key role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and well-managed learning
environment for our students.

Let’s give our attention once again to Sir Mark Lester Dela Cruz.”

ENERGIZER

“Thank you, Sir Mark Lester, for that important and informative discussion.

And now, to keep the energy going and bring a little fun back into the room, let’s enjoy a special energizer
performance from our cheerful and creative Elementary Department teachers!

Get ready to move, smile, and maybe even join in as they bring some lighthearted fun to our day.
Let’s give it up for our Elementary Teachers!”

TUITION FEES, AND SCHOLARSHIPS

“Thank you to our vibrant Elementary Teachers for that energizing performance!

Now that our hearts are lighter and smiles are brighter, let’s move on to a very important topic for our dear
parents and guardians — the Tuition, Fees, and Scholarship Opportunities available for your children.

To walk us through the financial matters and support programs offered by the school, let us welcome a
dedicated representative from our Finance Office, Ms. [Insert Full Name].”

ESC & VOUCHER EMERAT

“Thank you very much, Ms. [Finance Rep's Name], for that helpful and informative discussion.

Up next is another important topic, especially for our Junior High and Senior High School parents — the ESC
and Voucher Subsidy Programs, as well as the process for handling student records and credentials.

To guide us through this, let us welcome our dependable representative from the Records Office, Ms. [Insert
Full Name].”

(Applause as the speaker comes forward.)

Q & A Session/Open Forum

“Thank you to all our resource speakers for those very informative presentations.

We now come to a very important part of our orientation — the Question and Answer Session.

This is your opportunity, dear parents and guardians, to ask any questions you may have about the school
programs, policies, or anything you wish to clarify.

We encourage you to raise your hand or come forward to the microphone so we can hear your questions clearly.

Our panel of speakers and school representatives are here to assist you and provide the answers you need.

Please feel free to participate — your involvement is key to making this school year a success for your children.

Let’s begin!”

OPEN FORUM

“Thank you all for those thoughtful questions and active participation during our Q&A session.

We now invite everyone to join our Open Forum — a more informal space where parents, teachers, and school
officials can share ideas, suggestions, and concerns freely.

This is your chance to speak openly, listen to others, and work together to make our school community stronger.

We encourage respectful and constructive dialogue, keeping in mind that we all share the same goal: the success
and well-being of our learners.

So let’s make the most of this opportunity. The floor is now open for the Open Forum!”

CLOSING REMARKS

“As we come to the close of today’s Parents’ Orientation, we would like to express our gratitude to everyone for
your time, attention, and active participation.

To formally conclude our program and leave us with words of encouragement and inspiration, let us now
welcome a key leader in our school community — our dedicated and supportive Vice Principal, [Insert Name].”
(Pause for applause as the Vice Principal takes the stage.)

UNC HYMN. FAREWELL PRAYER, GROUP PHOTO,

“Before we end today’s meaningful gathering, let us all stand and join together in singing our proud UNC
Hymn.”

(Pause for hymn singing)

“Thank you. Now, to bless our students, parents, teachers, and everyone present, let us bow our heads for the
Farewell Prayer, led by [Insert Name].”

(Pause for prayer)

“Thank you very much. As we close, we kindly ask everyone to stay for a group photo to remember this

We hope that today’s sessions have provided you with valuable insights and strengthened the partnership
between home and school.
