WARRANTY CLAUSE

The boiler is warranted against malfunction arising out of faulty design, material and / or
workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or for a period of 15
Months from the date of despatch whichever is earlier. This clause will be applicable if and only if
SELLER'S recommendations on feed water, fuel parameters, electrical input etc., are strictly
adhered-to by the BUYER and Boiler is operated as per instructions given in the O & M Manual
supplied.

Bought out components are guaranteed by SELLER only to the extent of the guarantees given to
SELLER by their VENDOR. Electrical components such as heaters, motors, contactors etc rubber
components and instruments such as pressure gauges, thermometers and bearings etc. and normal
wear & tear of components are however not covered under this warranty.

Any parts/components that are required to be replaced during the warranty period shall be supplied
free of cost within the guaranteed period. However, the Transport payable
For such components shall be reimbursed by the purchaser.
