SUBJECT INVITATION FOR THE ORIENTATION ON FINANCIAL


MANAGEMENT TRAINING FOR PVM/SOLAR HOME SYSTEM

In preparation for the implementation of prepaid electricity vending system and the
management of renewable energy subsidy-funded projects, particularly the
Photovoltaic Mainstreaming/Solar Home System (PVM/SHS) , the NEA in collaboration
with Davao Del Sur Electric Cooperative Inc. (DASURECO) will conduct a 1-day online
orientation to discuss the establishment, operational framework , and accounting
treatment of a Solar Business Unit (SBU).

To ensure a well-coordinated approach , we are inviting your esteemed cooperative to


participate in an online orientation to discuss the following key areas:

1. Consumer Billing and Vending Management System


2. Accounting Treatment of Revenue and Expenses
3. Manpower Considerations
4. Implementation and Compliance Guidelines
