Advices:
Advices:
1. Each detail begins from the magic ring. Crochet in a spiral.
2. Try to crochet rather tight. If the stitches are not rather tight, try to use a smaller hook.
3. Stuff your toy in the course of crocheting. The tight stuffing gives a necessary shape to your toy
and helps to keep it.
4. If you make a toy for a child younger than 3 years, then it is better to use the safety eyes.

Helmet
We will crochet in two colors.
Changing the thread to a different color
Before changing the thread, do not crochet the last single crochet to the end. That is, insert the
hook into the loop, grab the working thread and pull out the new loop to make two loops. Now
take a different color of thread and pull it through the loops on the hook.

Start crocheting with yarn of the white color. In the text, the places of crochet the face (flesh-
colored yarn) or the protective screen (black yarn) are highlighted in red.
Fill in the process of crocheting.

If you are making an astronaut with a face, insert the eyes

between the 20 and 21 rows, the space between the eyes is
10 loops.

Now it is necessary to tie the face/protective screen with gray yarn.

Hook the first loop of the last row of the face/screen, grab the gray working thread and make a
loop (see photo). Next, make сh and insert the hook into the next loop of the face/screen, grab
the gray working thread, bring out and crochet 1 sc. In this way, bind the whole face. Cut the
thread and hide it inside the head.
Shape the eyes. To do this, insert the needle into the opening of the head and exit in the outer
corner of the left eye. Leave the end of the thread free. Next, insert the needle into the inner
corner of the eye and bring it out into the hole in the head. Pull the thread and tie a knot with the
free end of the thread. If necessary, repeat once more. Cut the threads. Repeat the same actions
