Job Description
CRUXZ IT Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative UI / UX Designer to join our dynamic team
for transforming user and business needs into a digital experience.

Responsibilities of a UI/UX Designer


• Design and create user interfaces/UI mockups for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders
• Ensure designs are user-friendly and visually appealing
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends and best practices
• Optimize designs for different devices. browsers and platforms
• Identify and resolve UX issues

Key Skills:
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
• Create the user experience and unique interface with the user's needs in mind.
• Covert UIs into responsive HTML prototypes
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX best practices, including information architecture, wireframing,
prototyping, and interaction design.
• Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms, with a focus on scalable and
responsive design systems.
• User research & testing
• Visual design principles & tools
• Web accessibility best practices

Soft Skills:
• Communication & collaboration within the team
• Time management, punctuality and adaptability
• A passion for web design
• Willingness to learn

Remuneration: As per industry standards


Education: Any Graduate/PG, preferably a bachelor's degree in Graphic, Digital, or Media Design or
a related field
Experience: 2+ years
Joining: Immediate - 15 days
Work Mode: WFO
