Scenario
You are starting a new job. You are very busy and need to plan your day. Your teacher is your new

co-worker. Talk to them and decide:

- What is most urgent?

- What can wait?

- What time will you do each task?

You only have time for 4 tasks today!

Task List
Read the tasks. Choose 4 you will do today. Then decide when you will do them.

Task Notes

Answer 20 emails Some are urgent

Have a meeting with your boss Scheduled for 2 PM

Create a weekly schedule Takes 30 minutes

Organize your desk Not urgent
