1. Assist Sr. Management & advice line Management for the total implementation of HSE norms at
the site.

2. Identify, locate and risk analyse hazards.

3. Evaluation of the state of safety that exists and compares with the state of safety required.

4. Formulation, Implementation, and ensuring of the “Permit to work” system in Place.

5. Specialized skill in SWP (Safe Work Procedure).

6. Implementation of the company’s established Safety Rules, standards, and codes of practice.

7. Implementation of Accident prevention Techniques and their corrective actions.

8. Observation Report based on OSHA risk level with countermeasures.

9. Accident/incident / Near miss investigation and reporting with root cause along with
countermeasure, etc.

10. Routine inspection of all kinds of construction equipment temporary Electrical System, Labor
Welfare,
Medical Erection& Rigging.

11. Fire Prevention Techniques.

12. Safety Measures during Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and Shutdown Activities.

13. Plan and maintain Housekeeping at the highest standards.

system, risers, etc.

20. Record keeping and maintenance of Fire Fighting and safety equipment, e.g. Fire
extinguishers, hydrant system, breathing apparatus, canister mask, etc.

21. Participate in Safety competitions and Promotional activities which were organized by the
company.

22. Operated Fire Tenders (Water tender, multipurpose), Ambulance, Portable, and trailer pump.

23. Attend Fire, Rescue, and first aid calls within plant premises as well as outside.
