Duties & Responsibilities


⮚ Implementation, supervise performance & initiate continual
improvement in compliance with HSE-MS, HSE Policies,
Plans, and Procedures.
⮚ Achieve HSE objectives, set target period, and manage
resources.
⮚ Internal auditing that all related systems, procedures & and
documentation are in place.
⮚ Ensure that a comprehensive safety induction program is
implemented for all personnel.
⮚ In-house HSE pieces of training & and motivate people to
develop a safety culture.
⮚ Plays an active part in operational meetings & and safety
meetings for HSE concerns.
⮚ Monitor the level of HSE and training need assessment of
company employees.
⮚ Implement changes to procedures or equipment as a result of
identifying hazards.
⮚ Implement, encourage and participate in the near-miss
reporting system
⮚ Ensure that the worksite has a permit-to-work system that is
vigorously implemented.
⮚ Review, revise & and implement project-based emergency
plans and contact numbers.
⮚ Inspect all working areas for unsafe conditions & and ensure
that SOPs are followed.

regulations are used as a guideline
