In the words of an American businessman, Conrad Hilton, "Success seems to be connected with action. Successful people keep moving. They make mistakes, but they don't quit." The real success is to attain one’s goal with the positive intent to contribute. Same is the story of my achievement, as Thad to go through myriad of challenges: facing social, financial constraints, along with the local taboos; but meanwhile, Iwas sparked and motivated by some peers and teachers in my journey Nips (Nawaar Institute of Public Services) 081-2826917 Written by: Ali Javed (Director Nips | PCS 2016 & 2018 | M. There was a time, when I was absorbed in deep apprehensions of my future; meanwhile, a person stepped in; hugged me warmly, kissed my forehead, and whispered into my ears, “Congratulations my son! You have made it!” The moment was not only a starting point of fulfilling my dreams, but it also broke the shackles for all the peaple linked to me. So, the happiest moment not only belonged to me, but it also diverted the mindset of my people towards positivity/ optimism. What would be the reaction of a person, who had been lostin a desert, and suddenly found a water body, considering it a mirage, but actually it was water. The same analogy, I had experienced, when I was apprehended and deeply absorbed about my future, meanwhile, the door made a sound, I felt someone approaching towards me: a man came, hugged me, and whispered into my ear, “Congratulations son! You have made it-you have qualified the CSS”. The true bliss is the attainment of one’s objectives, but it asks/ demands certain challenges to be overcome, as financial and moral constraints. Once a person overpowers these hurdles, it would definitely goad him towards the attainment of the essence of his objective, So, a man is the controller of his own destiny. No successful story is vacant without going through hardships, likewise, the story of my success is replete with many challenges. All the events which deter the way towards your goal is considered as a threat. In my case, I had to go through myriad of challenges. Initially, the lack of educational awareness, the debarring attitude of the family and colleagues, and the non-availability of modern educational institutes thwarted my aims. Besides, the financial constraints which I faced slowed down my journey as I was not born with a golden spoon in my mouth, Both the challenges have no power to hinder one’s capabilities if one has the will to overcome the difficulties , as the flowing water finds its way towards its destination, hence, a success 1s not a success if 1t does not overpower the chains. ‘The period of ignorance and limitations goad me towards my success. I was preocenpied with the apprehensions of my future as T lacked the requisite resources, but meanwhile, I was sparked and motivated by some peers and teachers in my journey towards success. The day I decided not to cry over the nonexistence of resources, and determined to achieve my aim; the route to success was clear to me. As on one cold night, Iwas absorbed in deep apprehensions about my future, and the ignited spark for serving my people and nation; meanwhile, a person stepped in; hugged me warmly, kissed my forehead, and whispered into my ear, “Congratulations my son! Phil Scholar) 0312-8386917 work and did not look back; the fruits was sweeter than the challenges I went through, when I received the warm felicitations from my old father. Every successful story, as it occupies many challenges, has a unique outcome. The real success is that which not only provide you your desired platform, but it ought to have a burning desire to serve the people. The Day I grabbed my dream, I decided not to deviate from the all available service of my people in order to evaporate the classical view of the masses against the bureaucrats. Moreover, it also break the ice of the pretext that success has fathers, like wealth, rather my success negated this excuse and established the will power as the predecessor of success, No success is to be labeled as a crown, if one does injured his fingers while achieving that. To sum up the thesis, the bliss of a life depends upon the triumph of one’s intrinsic carving, One cannot taste the true flavor of a success without going through a series of hardships. Meanwhile, in this continuum journey, even a slight push, a word of motivation, or a trivial moral support may pull out a person from the depth of pessimism and goad him towards optimism and success. My life cycle is well depicted in the poetry of an American poet, Edgar Guest (1881-1959) in this stanza: When things go wrong, as they sometimes will, When the road you're trudging seems all up hill, When the funds are low and thedebts are high, And you want to smile, but you have to sigh, When care ispressing you down a bit, Rest if you must=but don’t you quit.
