Currently, there is no standard API to create payments through an interface. Enhancement Request Bug 4053268 has been Guidance for all Oracle
logged to request this functionality in a future release. Also, Enhancement Request Bug 9024857 is also logged for the Products (On Premise) [113.2]
functionality.
