Day 1- introduction to TATWA technologies and its functioning and knowing the types of

dc the company has. The dc s of the company are bhubaneshwar(main), hyderabad,


kolkata, mumbai,bangalore and has delivery centres outside india too. Describing the
work culture too. Knowing what are the total hr functions needed to be recorded. The hr
intern team conducted a fun activity like playing games for the employees.

Day -2 - learnt how to make salary slips and came to know its format and how it should
be done. Made a salary slip of about 20 employees. Salary slip includes all the
information abt the employee which includes employee id, bank details such as ifsc
code, uan number and no. of days absent and number of days on leave. And paid
leaves, incentives , deductions etc.

Day 3- employee engagement- interacted with the employees new batch 134, asked
them their goals and made all of them tell a short story and asked their demographic
details and everything. Made an employee fill the documentation form as she has just
joined the company and explained to her what to write and where to write. Saw how the
interviews were taken and what are the main things to be considered, the main criteria
was good communication skills.
Interacted with my HR interns and the other people. Came to know about their
backgrounds.
Sir was explaining in the second hour about the time sheet where all the hourly
progress of the employees to be recorded and how it even records the late entry of the
employees and also providing a reason to the higher authority. Then he explained about
kpi, pip and also abt attrition percentage and how it should be calculated. And in the
interview real time questions will be asked rather than questions from books. Sir also
explained to us abt aht. Also telling abt the labour laws and keep updating from time to
time or yearly.

Day 4- made a salary slip of employees of november 2024 and cross checked
everything right from acc number and did the calculations as necessary and then sent
the updated info to maam Cross checked it 3-4 times bit by bit. Studied two acts that are
esic- employee state insurance act and epf act- employee provident fund act and very
very important in the field of hr.

Day 5- studied the two acts in detail and discussed it with the hr and also studied the
factories act. Learned how to delete the biometrics of terminated employees or the
employees who have left. Roll number is mandatory for deletion. Learn how to take the
interview and what kind of questions to be asked and let them know what their roles are.
Was there in 3 interview sessions and even observed the employee and their
communication skills.
Day 6- Noted down the phone numbers of the male employees and learnt how to ask
through calls whether they are interested in the job or are working somewhere else.
Contacted 29 people yesterday. Came to know what P-maps are ."P maps" generally
refers to Performance Maps or Process Maps. Performance Maps visually represent
employee performance and potential, aiding in succession planning and talent
management. Process Maps, on the other hand, document the steps involved in various
HR processes, like recruitment or onboarding, to identify areas for improvement and
standardization.

Day 7- learnt what is F and f statement. It is the process of clearing all dues payable to
an employee after their exit from the organization. Engaged the employees in a fun
game known as flip the bottle for pyramid. There were two teams and each team had
about 5-8 members. Each team will be having a pyramid,one consisting of light coloured
rings and one with dark colored rings and one with each bottle. Here, each of the team
members will get to flip a bottle and when the bottle stands straight, the one near the
pyramid has to put a ring in the correct order and if the order is wrong -1, therefore the
ring is removed.
There were three interviews. 2 girls had really good communication skills and one more
had poor communication skills. She couldn't translate sentences.

Day 8- exit interview forms for the employees - subhadra helpline batch. Filled out 20
forms and collected their id cards. Made them fill out all their details.This form includes
employee name,id, doj, last working day date, department, number, signature mail id
and place. Explained their spelling and cleared their doubts.

Day 9- tried to take an interview and in which process were the questions asked and in
which order.

●​ Fir voh jo cv ke peeche english and hindi likhna hai.
●​ Fir uske neeche location likhna and then after that graduation likhna hai.
●​ Fir unko apne location ke baare mein puch sakte ho , puchna hai ki aap apne
gaav ke baare mein 5 sentences batao ya unke qualification ke baare mein puch
sakte ho
●​ And puchna hai ki aapko pata kaise chala ki job mil raha hai idhar. Agar
reference bataye toh upar likhna and date likhna uss din ka jis din interview ho
raha hai
●​ And fir unko sentences dikhana hai aur bolna hai isko english me padhke hindi
mein translate kijiye. English mein padh rahe hai hindi bol paa rahe hai but
translation issues hai toh unko bolna hai ki aap bethiye practice kijiye thoda
shaant hoke bethiye aapko bulaya jaayeha

Calling the selected employees and asking them to come for the screening process the
next day.
I Had an interview and chinmayee didi guided me with some of the questions and
explained to me where I went wrong.

Attended an induction program of batch 135. Induction programme -


The batch of 9 employees introduced themselves, spoke about their hobbies, their likes
and dislikes and their career paths. Then sir introduced him as he is the HR manager
and his team. Then introduced the company and how the company started and the
timeline of the company. The duties of the employees as it is a call centre and their
designation is customer service representative. The delivery centres of tatwa and the
members of tatwa and its centres are located outside of india. Explained the timeline of
tatwa and the accolades of tatwa and the other roles and responsibilities.
Got to know what the manual documentation process is.
