1. I, the undersigned, SolarSquare Energy Pvt. Ltd. having our registered office at

Maharashtra, hereby declare and confirm the following:
2. The solar modules & Inverter supplied by us under PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli
Yojana for application number NP-MHSED24-002533872 for the consumer IRSHAD
KAYYUM PATHAN and consumer electricity number 410011462891 are new and
unused.
3. The serial numbers of the solar modules/ inverters, which the portal indicates as
repeated, as listed below, have not been used in any other project, supply, or installation
previously. They are provided below in the exact format as recorded in the National Portal
for PMSG: MBY.

module serial numbers at site), as the previous ones were submitted due to an
inadvertent error:
