Project Overview
E2H Realty seeks to build a professionally designed, fully functional, and scalable real estate
website using WordPress. The website must be visually appealing, user-friendly, and
capable of automated integration with PropertyMe, a leading real estate property
management platform in Australia.

The website must mirror and ideally improve upon the layout, user experience, and features
of Harris Tripp Real Estate while allowing for easy self-editing, cost-efficiency, and long-term
scalability.

Primary Objectives
1. Design and build a modern, professional, mobile-responsive real estate website on
WordPress.

2. Ensure seamless integration with PropertyMe for automated property listing feeds
(creation, editing, publishing).

3. Deliver a customisable backend using a user-friendly page builder (e.g. Elementor,


WPBakery) for easy post-launch content edits.

4. Include key real estate website features: property search, property details, agent
profiles, suburb profiles, contact/enquiry forms, and blog/news sections.

5. Use a future-proof approach with the ability to add more pages, plug-ins, and
functionalities as the business grows.

6. Ensure no ongoing costs are required post-launch unless for premium plug-ins
chosen by the client.

Core Functional Requirements


● WordPress CMS with drag-and-drop builder (Elementor Pro or similar)

● Mobile-first responsive design

● Real-time integration with PropertyMe (via API or RSS/XML feed)

as bank transfer, PayPal, or reputable freelance platforms (e.g., Upwork,
Freelancer).

○ Payment will follow a milestone-based structure tied to the successful delivery


of each project phase.
